COFFEE FIX
VIA THE WOODSTOCK EXCHANGE
When I'm up for it I do love a good Saturday exploration of all the new things my neighbourhood has to offer, which over the past 10 years has been ever changing. The Woodstock Salt River district has evolved so much, I'm so blessed to have all these hidden gems of cape town just a 10min walk away (good luck finding parking just saying). I'm also no stranger to entertaining myself being an only child and all, but luckily having a dog makes you look like less of a loner. Yes, I do have a fiance but I'm an independent women at most. So me and my furbaby looner have our little adventures through Woodstock which normally consist of a park visit then a coffee shop for my indulgence and then a stroll around my neck of the woods.
On this particular Saturday worrick and i decided to grab a quick COFFEE at the Woodstock exchange we normally chill at the Superette but decided to try out Rosetta Roastery as its all about the coffee and that's what we were needing most. the entrance is a cool dark space with modern features it feels like you're entering a nightclub, but the day light hits hard as you move towards the outside courtyard, perfect way to spend your morning if you just want to catch up on emails etc they have a special trio selection of coffees really rich and fruity flavours, I enjoyed the Ndaro-Ini, Kenya which is sweet and had a red grape acidity and black tea notes, the flavours really took me by surprise and balanced well with our oreo chocolate comets, day made.
LOOK OF THE DAY
When it comes to the weekend THERE'S always so much to do and so many places to be, i love being casual but still stylish, and this look works for any day of the week. I'M still loving the belt bag trend going strong but evolving towards mini coin purse size.
